Dr. Alec Schroff earned his degree at Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. Prior to graduate school, he earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO. Dr. Alec Schroff is passionate about enabling his patients to achieve all of their goals through a holistic approach. He places a strong focus on patient education so they can fully comprehend every aspect of their injury or deficits.

Dr. Alec Schroff’s specialty is teaching his patients how to better understand and communicate with their own bodies. He knows this is vital to provide long term solutions to current barriers preventing his patients from living their best life.

As a St. Louis, MO native, Dr. Alec Schroff is enjoying living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. He enjoys getting outdoors to explore and gain new life experiences with his wife and two dogs. Hiking, camping, biking, snowboarding, home improvement, watching the Kansas City Chiefs and St. Louis Blues, and talking about cars are what he enjoys most outside of work. He can’t wait to help you get back to your passions too!
